Oh wow an actual art related post! Some very loose sketches from a rodeo I attended last weekend (my first!). It’s kind of painful how rusty I am at drawing but I will credit the life electric for that. I’ve been caught up in such a whirlwind over the last few years that I really have not been prioritizing drawing.

These were loose impressions of some of the equine athletes sketched from the bleachers while they were tacking up/warming up before the events began. Digital color slap after the fact.
